About Cairo Stream

Cairo Stream reports on the organisations, infrastructure, regulation and technology that shape how Egypt connects: mobile and fixed operators, eSIM and connectivity, artificial intelligence, government digital transformation, and the startups building on top of all of it.

We also cover international developments when they carry direct, meaningful relevance to Egypt's market, users or policy.

Independence

Cairo Stream is editorially independent. It is not owned, operated, sponsored or directed by any telecom operator, connectivity provider, vendor or government body. Companies operating in Egypt are covered on their news value alone.

Current status

Cairo Stream is in its pre-launch phase. Published articles are original Cairo Stream writing, and every factual claim is attributed to a named primary source such as the NTRA, MCIT, ITIDA or the Central Bank of Egypt. Photography is illustrative unless captioned otherwise. We do not claim any certification, membership or award.
